Points can be redeemed in the following increments: 100 points = $3, 500 points = $15, 1000 points = $30. Points are non-transferable and can be redeemed only by the Customer associated with the Loyalty Account.

You must redeem points within 12 months of your last transaction. If you go longer than 12 months between transactions, your points will be removed from our system.

Once points are applied, they cannot be reimbursed on returned purchases. Please see a store associate for any credit on a returned purchase.

Please allow up to 72 hours for your points to populate in your account. If you don’t see them populate after 72 hours, please reach out to Rewards Support at rewardssupport@risecannabis.com. Bonus points may not appear on your account at the same time.

Can I opt out of the RISE Rewards program?

Yes, you may opt out of the RISE rewards program. Once you’ve opted out, your account will be deleted, and you will no longer earn points or receive RISE rewards communications. To opt out via email, send your request to rewardssupport@risecannabis.com and you will receive an opt-out confirmation. To opt out via phone, call 815-900-2128 and a representative will confirm you have been removed from the program.
